In the heart of Yellow Grass between Souris Street and Millet Street, Allen Park is a beautiful spot for picnics, play, and outdoor events.
You’ll find picnic tables, children’s play structures, a corn hole court (bring your own bags), and our World War II cenotaph.
From town, head south on Brome Street to find the well-maintained Yellow Grass Cemetery nestled among fields.
Yellow Grass Dinner Theatre
The Yellow Grass Wheat Kings Senior hockey team plays in the Notekeu Hockey League.
The Yellow Grass United Lutheran Partnership Church is at 219 Souris Street.
The Christian Mennonite Church is on the southeast edge of town at 202 Rye Street. (This church was formerly Peace Lutheran.)
The Wheatland Communiplex at 101 Millet Street houses an ice arena, concession, and events hall with a kitchen and elevator access.
Ice rentals and hall rentals are available.

To book the hall, call 306-465-2400. The rental rate is $500. A rental agreement and a $500 damage deposit are required.
The Golden Harvest Drop-In Center at 106 Souris Street is a spot for gathering.
Muffin Mornings are held the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 9:30 am. Everyone is welcome to stop in for coffee and a homemade muffin or two!

The Yellow Grass Public Library Branch of the Southeast Regional Library is housed in the original stone school, a heritage building on Souris Street in Allen Park.
The Yellow Grass School at Clover Street and Missouri Avenue is for children from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
