This is a friendly reminder regarding snow removal in town.
If you have a driveway, please use it to park your vehicles during snow events. When snow is being blown, our crews must stay clear of vehicles parked on the street to avoid damage. This may result in a ridge of snow being left around parked vehicles. Please note that we will not make a special trip to remove these ridges once the vehicle has been moved.
Additionally, please do not blow or push snow into the street. If the street has not yet been cleared, this is acceptable; however, once a street has been plowed, snow should not be placed back onto it.
